Why did I start o2b ? To read my story on why I started o2b please click here Why o2b ? A bath is a place to relax and let all the worries, stress and dramas go. You can close your eyes and think of all the wonderful things you can do. Hence o2b! Lay back and dream about what ever you like. Some ideas are:
Let your imagination take you where ever you like. How do I use the bath bag ? With the bath bags that contain oatmeal it is best to put them in when you are running the bath. When you are in the bath squeeze the bag to release the milk. They are safe enough to rub directly onto the dry skin. If you are using the milk based bath bags it is best to put in the bath when you get in. These little bags contain salts, milk powder, sodas etc so they will fizz away until there is nothing left inside the bag. Can I use a bath bag more than once ? We wouldn't recommend this. They are made for one bath use only and should be thrown in the bin when finished. Can I use the bath products daily ? Certainly!
Although we do not think you will need to. Can I use the adult products on children ? Absolutely not! We have special blends for children. We use flowers, teas and herbs more than oils in their blends. We do include some oils (as we feel they need it) but there are certain oils that are too strong for children. We can adapt everything for children, so if there is something from our adult range that you really like let us know and we will be happy to adapt the product especially for your child. Can I use the childrens products on babies under 12 months ? No, we do not recommend this. If you have a baby under 12 months please advise us and we will be happy to adapt our mix to make it safe for your baby. Please advise your baby's age and the current skin condition. Why do the bath bag sizes vary ? All our products are handmade and packed fresh. We have yet to learn how to get exactly the amount we want, so we do as close as possible and guarantee you a minimum weight. This is why some days you may end up with seven or eight (sometimes nine in extreme cases) bath bags - but we can assure you that the final product weight will be the minumum specified. We always give a little extra! How long do the bath bags last ? Being a fresh product, we recommend that you use within 4-6 weeks. They will last up to three months (even more) but the oils etc will not be fresh and will not give you the same benefits as the fresh product. We do not use preservatives or additives. How do I order / pay ? See our order form on the website or send us an email. Payment can be made to our bank account and then we will arrange for delivery. If you are out of the Sydney metropolitan area or interstate we will post our product to you. If you live in the eastern suburbs of Sydney we can arrange a courier and you can pay either into our account or COD. To make an order click here. What happens if I do/do not like the product ? Simply tell us. We love feedback. Please tell us what you do or do not like about the product and we may be able to adapt it to suit you better. There may be times where this is not possible but we will do everything we can to help you, your skin and your child. Does o2b have other products ? At
o2b we have hundreds of ideas. We do not want to innundate you
with too many products, so we will be guided by you. We intend
to bring out our range of homemade soaps, room sprays, bath blends,
bath water/oils in your favourite scents etc. Please ask us if
there is something specifically you want and we will let you know
if we can do it. o2b does not test on animals (except for our ant spray which was tested on ants). All products were initally patch tested on humans. Should I do a patch test prior to using o2b products ? All
products have been tested on human skin. However it is advisable
to do a small patch test on your own skin. Some oils and ingredients
may have different effects on different types of skin. NO NO NO!! Even though o2b products look and smell so good, they are NOT to be consumed.
